All orders are shipped via USPS, which includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and packaging.

Custom wigs or specialty orders may take longer; you will be notified if additional time is needed.

Once your order is processed, delivery time is an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is in USPS hands, it is out of our control. If your order is marked as delivered but not received,

please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

We recommend using a secure delivery address or selecting signature confirmation at checkout if available.

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Please note: Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues. While we

do our best to ensure timely delivery, MyPerfectHairX is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances
