craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our luxury hair extensions and wigs, all sales are final.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to help when it truly matters.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

We do not accept returns on any used, altered, or installed hair. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the

following conditions must be met:

  • Hair must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • “Changed mind”
  • “Ordered the wrong length or texture”
  • “No longer need”

Please double-check your order details (length, texture, and type) before completing your purchase.

Order Issues or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or not up to standard, contact us within 24 hours of

delivery at myperfecthaircs@gmail.com with:

 

Your order number

Clear photos of the item in its original, unused condition

Once approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us. Upon receiving the return, we will either:

Send a replacement (price match), or

Issue a full refund

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the item is received and inspected.

Note: Hair that has been removed from packaging, worn, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for review or

refund.
