No. We do not have a physical base location or storefront. All orders must be processed and shipped according to our standard timeline. Same-day pickups are not available unless we specifically announce hair on hand. Please do not place an order and attempt to pick it up — it will be processed like all online orders.

No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products. For more details, please see our Return Policy.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, email us at myperfecthaircs@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
